Terms and Conditions
- Contract period is subjected to a 1-year term.
- Transportation services are not included. PW provides transportation services of the cabinet at an additional cost.
- Consignee shall be responsible to and shall reimburse Consignor for all loss and expense to Consignor resulting from damage to, lost or destruction of the Goods, or lien thereon while in Consignee's possession, and until such time as the title passes from Consignor by reason of the sale thereof and the proceeds of the sale have been accounted for and remitted to Consignor.
- Bulky items such as A4 Reams will not be in the cabinet and are required to order online at www.pacificwise.com.my.
- Periodic stock check of items in the cabinet is required. Consignees may perform the stock check by themself or employ one of our freelancers to stock check the items.
- Only available for customers within MALAYSIA with a MALAYSIA delivery address.
- RM300 transportation fees will be charged if PW Cabinet clients would like to cancel the contract before 1 year.
- Successful referral is defined as the client provided relevant documents for approval, approved, signed relevant documents, as well as successfully delivered and used the cabinet. Only clients who had successfully referred will be credited referral fees.
- Pacific Wise reserves the right to amend any of the Terms & Conditions, privileges and/or to terminate this offer at any time without any prior notice, and the terms and conditions will be effective upon making the modified provisions available on the www.pacificwise.com.my.
- Pacific Wise does not and will not assume any obligation to notify you of any changes to the terms of the Agreement. Furthermore, Pacific Wise may add to, change, suspend or discontinue any and all aspects of the Service at any time, with no prior notice necessary.
